Olympic Hills Boys & Girls Club is a licensed program that offers an incredible standard of care, providing a before & afterschool environment that promotes academic achievement through homework assistance and high-yield learning activities, as well as social and physical development through engaging, structured recreational activities under the supervision of caring and trained adults.
Olympic Hills Boys & Girls Club is located in Room 132 (Music Room) between the cafeteria and the gym.

Membership Registration Process
- Contact the Director of Licensed Programs, Tanya Bergman by email or call 206.363.3717 to determine if space is available. For returning BGGKC families, confirm with Director, Tanya Bergman that your membership is still valid.
- Review our Licensed Program Family Handbook.
- Download and complete the following paperwork in full: Cover Sheet, Program Contract, Registration form, and Immunization form.
- Turn in the above paperwork to the Olympic Hills Boys & Girls Club with payment in the form of cash, check or credit card for our non-refundable $35 registration fee and $50 annual membership fee.
Please note that state licensing requires all information to be completed in full before your child is eligible to attend our program.
Additional Paperwork if Applicable
If your child has any known allergies, asthma or will need to be given medication while under our care, then the following paperwork will need to be completed in full. Please plan to bring the completed paperwork with the necessary medication your child requires to our program location before your child's expected start date. Feel free to review our Licensed Program Family Handbook for complete information on our Medication Policy.
Medication Authorization Form
This form will need to be completed for any medication, aside from sunscreen and/or hand sanitizer, which you'll require for our program to administer to your child while attending our program. This includes any medication we will need to have available such as an inhaler, Benadryl and/or EpiPen in response to an asthma attack or allergic reaction. This form will also be used for any medication that will need to be administered occasionally or for a short period of time. Please note that this form can only be used once/per medication.
This form will need to be completed if you child has any known allergies or food intolerances.
Individual Plan of Care
This form is used as a tool for staff to better support the needs of your child if they have been diagnosis with an emotional/behavior concern (e.g. ADHD, Asperger's Syndrome, Autism) or chronic disability (e.g. Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Learning Disabilities, Vision Impairment, Developmental Delays). Staff will be able to refer to this individual plan for life threatening allergies, diabetes, asthma, and seizures as well. Please take the time to complete this from with your medical provider if necessary.
This form will need to be completed if your child has any known asthmatic concerns that result in them needing access or use of an inhaler as well as other known asthma medication that will be administered at the program. It is important that you work with your medical provider to identify the three levels of asthmatic severity for us to monitor and the preferred steps we would need to take if your child has an asthmatic response.
Credit Card Form
This form gives us the information needed to charge a card each month if that is your preferred method of payment. You can also pay by check in person.
Summer Camp Registration Process
Olympic Hills Boys & Girls Club does not currently offer Summer Camp. Please contact director or our other licensed programs directly for summer camp options.
