Full-time occupants of the Club have first priority for the use of the facility. Other nonprofit organizations, businesses and private individuals have second priority. Please reserve desired space early since reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

The member rate is available to individuals with current memberships, non-profit organizations with proof of 501(c)(3) status, board members, staff and partner organizations.
This rate is for potential facility users who are not eligible for the member rate.
All rentals are assessed a non-refundable $20 booking fee and a $250 refundable damage fee. 100% of the rental balance (including damage fee) is due upon booking to ensure reservation. Garbage service fees will be assessed as applicable. Payment for security services may be required for specific types of events and are the full responsibility of parties renting the facility.
Written cancellation must be submitted two weeks prior to the earliest event date, or a fee of 50% of the total rental fees (excluding the damage fee) will be retained. If cancellation occurs within 1-13 days of the earliest event date, all rental fees (excluding the damage fee) will be retained. If cancellation occurs day-of-event, after the earliest event date or by phone (at any time), all fees will be retained.
