Career Launch - This fun and exciting program prepares teens for the world of careers and work. Through Career Launch, Club teens 13-18 years old embark on a journey to explore possible vocations, make sound educational decisions and find success in the world of work.

Real Life - Imagine a place where youth have the freedom to create possibility, the opportunity to discover their potential and the will to engage their community. Imagine an environment where each kid has a valuable role and defined responsibility in a successful community. Renway is a place where real-world experiences prepare them for success in school, work and life, all while having fun!

Real Life encompasses several Boys & Girls Clubs of America's curriculums: Money Matters (teen financial literacy). Be Ready (middle school to high school grade transition), Street SMART (Skills Mastery and  Resistance Training) as well as several local customized programs such as Virtual Chef and Teenlationships. Our Junior Staff program enables high school students to volunteer at the Club to learn skills that are needed to land their first paying job. In coordination with our YouthForce program provide opportunities for attending teen employment conferences and college readiness workshops.

Triple Play - Triple Play is a comprehensive health and wellness program, that strives to improve the overall health of Club members ages 6-18 by increasing their daily physical activity, teaching them good nutrition and helping them develop healthy relationships.

STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. We offer several STEM programs to give our members a greater opportunity to succeed in our STEM-driven economy. STEM based programming prepares students to think critically and analytically. We are committed to exposing our members to opportunities that will enhance, solidify and build confidence in their STEM skills. Our STEM programming includes Robotics. We have a FIRST Lego League competitive team and an inter-Club team both mentored by students from Raisbeck Aviation High School's Skunkworks Robotics Team. Club members partipcate in coding workshops, STEMwars knowledge challenge and link our Career Launch program for potential STEM careers. We have a relationship with the Museum of Flight to enroll our members in their aerospace programs. We are constantly adding new experiences to our STEM programming.
