Tre Beauchamp, Teen Director, 206.436.1933

Tre has worked at WBGC since 2014, first as a program staff, and for the past two years as the Teen Director.  He has helped to grow and hone the teen program to its current thriving state serving more than 100 older youths each year.  Tre believes in introducing the kids to new experiences (rock band, cooking, and ropes courses - just to name a few recent activties) and is intentional in reaching out to the teens who need the Club the most.  Tre is a UW graduate and also attended WBGC as a youth.  He has fond memories of field trips, Torch Club activities, and just being at the Club with his friends.  He loves the idea of re-creating this positive Club experience for today's WBGC teens.

Eric Kirby, Program Director, 206.436.1934

Eric returned to WBGC in 2013 after taking a few years off to be a stay-at-home dad and pursue other interests.  Prior to this, he held the Assistant Director position at the B.F. Day Child Care site for three years. Before working at the Club, Eric held many jobs, ranging from working in a lumberyard to managing a bank to owning a record store. Growing up in a family of 14, Eric has been around kids his entire life, so the Club is a natural fit.  He is a favorite of the Club kids and is known for his big smile and ready laughter, along with his booming voice.  Eric has a bachelor's degree in Business Management as well as an associate's degree in Photography.  In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, photography, traveling and hiking.

Clara Thompson, Education Director, 206.436.1930

Clara started with WBGC in November 2014 and brought three years of youth development experience with her, mainly with the Y in Thurston County.  Clara graduated from The Evergreen State College with a degree in Psychology and the Liberal Arts.  Her approach to education programming is promoting a diversity of learning styles and being sensitive to the cultural needs of members.   She is always working hard to create relationships with families and teachers in the area.   In her free time, she enjoys hiking and listening to music.
