Drop-In Program


Important Update 2/22/18 - All Summer 2018 and School Year 2018-2019 memberships can be completed online NOW.  The fee is $42 through March 30th and increases to $50 on April 1.  You can currently purchase a membership for next year and register for any summer camp.  Registration for the 2018-2019 will be available ONLINE ONLY beginning April 2, 2018.  You can access the registration site here.



The Club's youth development program, or "Drop-in," has been serving families for over 70 years, providing a safe and positive place for kids ages 5 to 18 to go after school and during non-school days.  Participants can expect a daily schedule that includes unstructured and structured gym games, homework help, a snack, quiet time, small-group activities, activities in the computer lab, arts & crafts, and free time. There is a separate programming area for teens. Our adult-to-youth ratio is approximately 1:15, including staff, tutors and volunteers.

To attend our program, you must become a member of Wallingford Boys & Girls Club (WBGC).  FOR 2017-2018 MEMBERHIPS ONLY: come to the Club to pick up membership information, or download the membership forms using the links below. You can bring the completed forms to the Club or mail them in. ​ For Summer 2018 or School Year 2018-2019 memberships, please see update at the top of this page. 

Our daily programs are constantly changing to meet the specific needs of our kids and teens.  Small group programs include activities such as drama, chess, photography, athletic instruction, cooking, reading games, and more.  Tutoring is also available for homework.  Please check in at the Club for this quarter's activity schedule.


The majority of members who attend the school year program get to the Club on Seattle Public Schools buses.  Please contact SPS Transportation to find out if a bus travels from your child(ren)'s school to WBGC at 206.252.0900 and/or to register your child for bus service.  We do provide a van service from West Woodland Elementary only.  For more information, please contact Adam Monda.

Membership Fees

The yearly membership fee is $50.  The current membership year runs through June 22, 2018.

The membership fee must be paid at the time of registration.  For the current school year (through June 22) registration, please see us at the Club for payment info.  For 2018-2019 (June 25, 2018 - June 30, 2019) memberships, all regisrations must be done online here.

Drop-in Fees


There is a fee for members in grades K-5 who attend the Drop-in program.  A monthly fee of $100 per month or a daily fee of $15/day will be assessed for all members.  Scholarships are available.  Please contact us for more information about scholarships. 

There is no fee for members in grades 6-12 to attend the Drop-in program on regular school days. (There may be a fee on non-school days, depending on time of arrival).

Snow/Inclement Weather Policy:  When Seattle Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, our program is also CLOSED.  For more specific policies about school late starts/early dismissals due to weather, please click here.
