A membership fee of $50/year opens the door for your child to join our after school program, clubs, classes and athletic programming. To continue to offer high quality staff and programming there will be a fee of $7/day for each child participating in our after school drop-in program. At the end of each month we will add each child's total to their online account. An email will be sent out by the 10th of the month letting you know that your statement is ready and that payment will be due by the 24th.

We do offer scholarships to those who qualify, please contact us.

Daily Routine

When your child arrives at the Club, the first thing he/she will do is sign in at the front desk. Once your child has been to the Club a couple times, we will create a card for use that we will be kept next to our scanner. If they have any items with them, they can be stored in one of our cubbies. The Games Room is open from 3 – 4 p.m. for Pool, Carpet Ball, Ping Pong, Foos ball, Legos, and board games. Each child will be provided with a small snack, such as goldfish, fruit snacks, etc, between 3:30 – 4 p.m. Between
4 – 5 p.m. everyone does their homework; the kids are broken up into three groups: 1st/2nd grade, 3rd/4th grade, and 5th/6th grade. The Learning Center is also open during this time for additional help or homework requiring a computer. From 5 – 6 p.m. our staff offer rotating programs that the kids can choose to participate in or they can choose to stay in the Games Room to participate in the daily Games Room Tournament. If there is availability in-between our many athletic programs, gym time will be offered. Weather permitting we will go down to our field and playground. When it's time to go, make sure to grab all of your things and scan out at the front door.

Policies

  • The Club has an open door policy, allowing members to come and go at their own free will. Our staff does not grant permission for a child to leave the Club, nor do we insist they stay. The decision as to when a child arrives and leaves the Club with whom needs to be handled between the parent and child. Children not mature enough to handle this responsiblity should have the close supervision of other more suitable programs.
  • All Club members must be at least 6 years old to attend to our Drop-In program.
  • A grace period of 5 minutes will be given after our closing time. After the first 5 minutes, a fee of $1/minute/child will be charged. Please contact us if you have additional questions.
