A Typical Day at Teen Summer Camp (Middle & High School)
More freedom, more choice, more ways to grow
Teen summer programs at The Club are designed with youth in mind. Each day offers a balance of structured activities and flexible options—giving teens space to explore interests, build skills, and connect with peers in a supportive, welcoming environment.
MORNING: CONNECT & PLAN THE DAY
Teens start their day by settling in, connecting with friends, and getting a preview of what’s ahead. Group check-ins and icebreakers help build community and set a positive tone for the day.
MIDDAY: GET ACTIVE & TRY SOMETHING NEW
Late mornings often include group activities or sports-based programming that encourage teamwork, movement, and confidence-building. Teens may participate in games, clinics, or challenges designed for beginner to intermediate skill levels.
AFTERNOON: CHOICE, LEADERSHIP & EXPERIENCE
Afternoons give teens more voice and choice. Depending on the program and location, youth may explore creative projects, take part in leadership activities, join sports clinics, or head out on field trips. These experiences help teens build independence, strengthen social skills, and discover new interests.
LATE DAY: CHILL, CONNECT & REFLECT
As the day winds down, teens have time to relax, hang out with peers, or continue an activity they enjoy. It’s a chance to decompress, reflect on the day, and leave feeling connected and confident.
