Evan McKittrick | Chief of Staff

Evan has over a decade of experience leading in the education and nonprofit youth development space. He works with all our Clubs and community partners throughout King County to advance the practice of Boys & Girls Clubs and the youth development field as a whole. Evan leads impact measurement, community partnerships, government relations, and works to ensure our team is operating at its best. Evan believes strongly in the potential of all youth to be productive, responsible, and caring citizens and brings a passion for equity and social justice to his work. He is driven by the belief that the future of our community relies on the opportunities we provide youth today. In his free time, Evan is an avid whitewater rafter, and volunteers as a “big brother” in Seattle.

Personal Goal this Year: Get more engaged with my Beacon Hill community

Coolest thing I’ve witnessed since starting: Our Youth of the Quarter events always impress me. Not only are the youth inspiring and moving every single time, but the commitment, collaboration, and selflessness I witness on the part of our dedicated staff leave me feeling so proud to be a part of this team every time I have the chance to attend.
