Boeing Volunteers Support Back to School

Hundreds of our youth are headed back to school with backpacks full of the supplies they needed thanks to the generosity of employees at Boeing and the company’s commitment to matching their passion for giving. In addition to raising money through the Liftoff for Learning campaign, ten Boeing employees also helped out at the great Back- to- School community events at our Rainier Vista & Federal Way Clubs – one brought his dad along too!  Other Boeing staff volunteered to support our YouthForce students working on their resume and career plans.

Boeing volunteer Jason says “I appreciate volunteering through Boeing because they do a dollar match for every hour you volunteer so I have more of an impact.”

Boeing is an amazing long-term supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs through drives, grants, event sponsorship, and volunteering. There are so many ways businesses connect with what we do – let us know if you would like us to talk to your company or employer contact, Jayme Hommer, Chief Development Officer.
