Thanks to the generosity of the Stocker Family Foundation, the Rotary Boys & Girls Club’s library underwent a significant transformation this summer. Program Director, Luis Albizo took the lead and carefully curated a collection of books for targeting a wide range of reading levels from Kindergarten through 5th grade. The standout feature? A culturally diverse array of main characters that resonate and represent Club youth.

Seeing a main character who looks like you can be a game-changer for young readers, enriching their world view and boosting their confidence. Thank you to the Stocker Family Foundation and Luis for their visionary work.
