Thank you Kids Auction 2018 supporters!
Together, we raised…
$1,099,530
On Saturday, October 6th, more than 800 community members gathered for Kids Auction 2018 to celebrate and support youth across King County.
In true kid-centered fashion, the Seattle Sheraton was transformed into a carnival featuring face painting and balloon hats, skee ball, palm readers, and acrobatic performances!
The night’s silent and live auctions brought in $1.1M to support Boys & Girls Clubs of King County’s programs!
President/CEO Dr. Lisa Chin shared, “the night was an unqualified success. We are so grateful for all of our donors, sponsors, and supporters who came together to support youth in our community.”
Club alumnus, former staff member, volunteer, and donor, Sahara Anthony Jr., shared a powerful story about growing up in the Club and how it saved his life. He captured the attention of the entire crowd with his story and raised more than $400,000 in contributions alone. Watch the video that premiered at Kids Auction here:
