Nourishing Neighbors at the Club
Safeway and Albertsons, longtime supporters of hunger relief causes, are critical partners for our Clubs providing healthy food to our kids and families.
As a proud part of the Nourishing Neighbors family, Club families received a generous donation from Safeway and Albertsons in April. But the generosity did not stop there!
Through the Nourishing Neighbors Breakfast Campaign, Safeway and Albertsons shoppers contributed to donations to our Clubs for a record-breaking total of $141,457 to ensure that no Club kid goes without the most important meal of the day.
Nutritious meals are always a key part of daily programming at the Club, but now they are more valuable than ever. We are thankful to partners like Safeway, Albertsons, and all the shoppers who donated for sharing resources with those who need them most.
