PeopleSpace began their partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of King County this year. Already, the company has shown extraordinary dedication to young people in their community – dedication that originated with and is strengthened by the people who work there.
Michael Dunford, Business Development Manager for PeopleSpace, is a Club volunteer and member of the Kids Auction Committee. To Michael, investment in the Clubs is an obvious move for a company that prioritizes comfort and well-being.
“We both create spaces for people to thrive,” he said. “One’s environment can play such a vital role in making them feel safe and supported – no matter their age.”
PeopleSpace recently committed to a Gold Sponsorship for Kids Auction 2019. In addition to generously sponsoring the event, the company is lending their products and expertise to develop a curated lounge space for auction guests.
Michael’s belief in the importance of this partnership is echoed by PeopleSpace’s Managing Director, Howard York.
“There’s nothing more valuable than providing opportunity, mentorship, and safety to young people,” said Howard. “I’ve been to many Boys & Girls Clubs of King County events in the past, and I’m continually inspired by the success stories of these children. The positive role that the Clubs have played in their lives is a testament to how critical our support is.”
Michael and Howard are looking forward to Kids Auction, and they’re thrilled that PeopleSpace is helping to maximize the impact of event gifts.
“Knowing that our time and financial support will make a difference in the lives of children is what excites me most,” said Michael. “And the great wine and awesome auction items aren’t too bad either!”
We are so grateful to PeopleSpace for their commitment to Club kids and teens!
