Ballard Pre-K is a kindergarten readiness program providing a fun and safe learning environment for 4 and 5 year olds. We place emphasis on the social and emotional development of the children, building life skills necessary for success in school and at home.

Our teachers are experienced, dedicated, and passionate about building confidence and age-appropriate independence in each student, equipping them with the classroom behaviors and skills that will be needed in Kindergarten. We do this by implementing a consistent routine, large group communication and movement, as well as small group activities and games.
We desire to partner with families in communication to create a safe space for the children to have fun, explore, take risks, be challenged, and grow socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
