Workplace Giving 2022

Each fall, many workplaces offer employees an opportunity to get involved in their communities by donating to the nonprofit organizations they care about. Boys & Girls Clubs participates in many of these campaigns, and we’d love to partner with you!

Workplace giving is an easy and efficient way to contribute to charities you care about, like the Clubs. Typically, donations are pledged for the year and deducted from your paycheck. Some companies even allow you to donate accrued PTO!

Your workplace donations provide sustainable, year-round funding for Club programs. By giving a  small amount each paycheck, you may be able to have a greater overall impact. For example, if you are paid bi-weekly, a $25 donation becomes $650 over the year!

Additionally, your donations via a workplace giving program are often automatically matched by your company – with no additional paperwork needed.

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County participates in many campaigns, including:

Microsoft Give Campaign

King County Employee Giving Program: Agency # 9235

Washington State Combined Fund Drive: Agency # 0320811

Combined Federal Campaign [CFC]:  Agency # 28385

You can share your love of the Clubs with your colleagues during your company’s giving campaign.  Some ways to participate include:

Make the Clubs a beneficiary of your team’s fundraising event. Display or share Club materials, photos, or social media posts/channels. Invite us to information tabling or speaker opportunities. Host a lunch-and-learn for your colleagues.

Your workplace donation will give Seattle-area kids and teens year-round access to trained mentors, exceptional programming, a healthy meal or snack, and opportunities to discover new passions.
