First Job to Dream Job

College & Career Readiness Training

YouthForce prepares teens and young adults for the workforce by providing college and career readiness workshops such as Basic Work Skills, Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, Financial Literacy, College Application and Essay, Financial Aid/ Scholarships, Career Exploration, and connection events.

TeamWork Internship

Teens develop job skills alongside peers through paid internships at Mariners, Kraken, and Seahawks games. Our partnerships with First and Goal Inc., Sodexo Live!, and Delaware North offer meaningful entry-level work experiences where teens are supported by adult mentors, peer and professional networks, and on-the-job training.

Internships and Work-Based Learning

Teens build job skills, explore career paths, and develop a network for career opportunities. We help teens secure an internship with one of our local employer partners.

STEM

YouthForce host VR events at clubs and other locations to give the youth in the community a chance to experience virtual reality. Teens play fun VR games, experience VR job tours, get free food, and enter a raffle to win their very own VR headset.
